"Bought some second hand books from here last year with a promise that I can simply return the books and 40% amount will be refunded. But the promise wasn't kept. I have the shop thrice this year to return the books and everytime the shop owner makes one excuse or the other. Last time I visited on March 25th and was asked to visit after 18th April and upon visiting today (Alril 25th), I was asked to visit after another 15-20 days. Lame excuses are being given that "they don't have space" to keep the returned books (I just have 5 books and everyone would know how much space 5 books take in an entire shop). Also, a student visited to get a black-ink print out of 2 pages and was charged ₹30! This is the level of unprofessionalism. Rating them down for a highly unprofessional behaviour."
